Can't Work Out Due to Hand/Wrist Pain? We Gotcha

Sorry Uncle Mickey! You're gonna have to find a new excuse now that gout's out.

I've dealt with rotator cuff issues before, and the most frustrating part was sitting helpless while my bad arm dwindled down to a couple of bones held together by skin-meat. And it wasn't just because it looked/felt funny... I would literally carry my groceries from the driveway to the house via the grass instead of the sidewalk in case I dropped the eggs.


As with any exercise program, please check with your doctor before you try any of this if you've had some serious health issues. If your finger hurts, this trick will 100% help... if you've got high blood pressure and your on a bunch of medications, maybe pump the breaks until Dr. Beavis tells you it's ok to break a sweat.
